Shipping & Returns

Shipping of Your Package

Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days after receipt of payment.
They are shipped exclusively via DHL Express, with a tracking number provided by email. Delivery is made against signature for added security.

We ship under DAP / DDU (Delivered At Place / Delivered Duty Unpaid): the seller pays only for transportation to the destination country, but customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, who must settle these fees with DHL (or another carrier) before final delivery.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees include:

  • Preparation and packaging costs

  • DHL Express transportation costs

  • (In the case of DDP shipments, applicable customs duties and taxes are also included)

Preparation fees are fixed, while transportation costs may vary depending on the total weight and destination of the package.

We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. Two separate orders cannot be combined, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Packaging and Protection

Box dimensions are adapted, and special care is taken with fragile items to ensure proper protection during transport.
